Hi, my name is Matilda. I’m a seventeen year old from Australia.

I am currently on holiday until next year, so that means I have time to pursue all my favourite things.

I have a passion for patisserie, being in the kitchen and hospitality. Every week I’m always making new pastries and exploring new techniques. My goal is to become a professional pastry chef. Follow my IG to see more ( @matilda.bb_ )

Here is a small fact dump about me: I have a really colourful pet bird, I do calisthenics, I love pain au chocolats, I’m a McLaren fan, I’ve lived in Singapore for almost ten years, my favourite cuisine would be Middle-Eastern or Mexican, I have a twin brother, I can speak a bit of Mandarin and German, and my favourite place I’ve visited would be Helsinki, although I do find HongKong quite nostalgic.
